[E] A great number of my cells gets renewed from one moment to the next. My neurons modify their connections. The very matter of my body is made of particles transforming never endingly in a constant exchange of energy.
My individuality has shaped on this moving foam. And this construction is strong enough so that, despite my growing up and other events of my life, it remains identical to what it was a year, a few days or twenty years ago. Even if looking at myself in a mirror or scanning the way I am, I may think “how I have changed!”, I am convinced that it is the same “Me”.
